Quiet Hours
Our community quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.
Checking Out Game Equipment
Prescott offers Pickle Ball and Bocce Ball courts. If you would like to check out game equipment to use these spaces please visit the office and bring your valid photo ID.
Using the Herb Garden
The herb garden is located in the courtyard. It is open from April - September. Please feel free to help yourself and use as desired. If you are in need of equipment for harvesting herbs, please visit the office to check out supplies.

Lending Library
Prescott offers a lending library located in the leasing office and invites residents to check out books at their leisure. New books are added regularly so check back often to see updated selections.
Amenity Hours
Our amenities are currently open 24/7, however please be mindful of our quiet hours which are from 10PM to 7AM.
Security
Our courtesy patrol team patrols the building from 10PM – 5AM nightly and are available to assist with noise concerns, safety issues, suspicious people or activity, etc. and can be reached at 503-927-6234. If you see something suspicious, we also encourage you to please report it to the local police department at (503) 823-3333. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.
Guest Access
Prescott utilizes a ButterflyMX intercom system. Upon moving in you will gain access to the ButterflyMX app where you can provide your guests, pet sitters, delivery carriers etc. digital access codes and receive video calls when guests arrive to the community and provide them entry with a simple click of a button. ButterflyMX allows our residents and easily access to the community themselves and securely monitor their guests entry.
Mail Delivery and Packages
A mail room is located in the lobby. Use the small mail key provided at move-in to check your mailbox. If you will be gone for an extended period of time, please complete a hold request through the Post Office.
Packages will be delivered to the Luxer package lockers or to your door. If you are unable to pick up your package in a timely manner, please contact the office or use the Luxer app to place your package on hold until you are able to pick it up.
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage is located on the first floor, in the lobby area by the elevator (the door says “Loading Dock.”) 2 large dumpsters are provided for all trash waste. Please do not leave any trash outside of the dumpsters. Oversized items that need to be disposed of require an alternative service pick-up. Please contact the leasing office if you have any oversized items to dispose of.
Recycling options include plastics, paper, cardboard, cans, and glass. There are blue bins for glass in the trash garbage room and larger dumpsters for mixed recycling. Please be sure to break down all cardboard before placing it into the dumpster.
Prescott is also now proud to offer composting services. 2 green bins are available to collect food waste such as meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, cheese, dairy, bread, baked goods, pasta, rice, beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruit, peels, pits, eggshells, bones, coffee grounds, raw or cooked food, plate scrapings, leftovers, and spoiled food as well as non-food items such as paper coffee filters, paper tea bags, food-soiled napkins and paper towels, shredded paper and newspapers (non-glossy) and light plant material including leaves, vines, flowers, houseplants, plant clippings, pumpkins.
Green Cleaning
Prescott uses non-toxic cleaning supplies for building-wide cleaning. We also provide you with green cleaning supplies upon move-in. Please visit the office to redeem free refills.
We also encourage you to use laundry and dishwasher detergent that is eco-friendly; and please only use laundry detergent with the “HE” symbol to avoid over-sudsing—our high efficiency washers require less detergent than most.
Maintenance requests
Maintenance assistance is easy through our resident portal, Rent Cafe, which you can log-in to from your smartphone, i-Pad or computer. Except in emergencies, staff will address maintenance requests in the order they are received. In the event of an emergency (flood, gas leak, loss of power, or water) we ask that you call in your requests to (866) 577-3517 so they can be addressed immediately.
Pets
Prescott is a pet-friendly community. When times get muddy, there is a dog washing station located on the 5th floor near the second elevator. As a reminder, pets are not allowed in the amenity spaces. Please be considerate of others and make sure to clean up after your pet and always use a leash outside of your apartment.
Bike Storage and Maintenance
Bike racks are located in various locations throughout the parking garage.
Please register your bike(s) with the office and remember to lock your bike for extra security.
Public Transit & Car Share
Located across the street is the N Prescott MAX Commuter Rail Station. It serves the broader Portland area including a direct line to Downtown and North Portland.
Car Parking & EV Charging
Parking is available and is assigned in our parking garage under the building. Parking is at an additional cost of $175 per month. If you are interested and/or want to know more, please contact the office.
If you have an electric vehicle, please contact the office to learn more about your charging options.
Storage Units
Storage units are available for rent for $75 per month and located in the parking garage. Please contact the leasing office for more information and availability.

Step aside paper and plastic, at Prescott residents can enjoy an expanded recycling program including options to recycle paper, glass, plastic, aluminum, cardboard, compost, and e-waste including batteries, light bulbs, and other electronics.

As the #1 bike-friendly city in America, Prescott offers secure storage to keep your bike safe and your emissions low.
Green Cleaning Policy
Prescott offers free green cleaning supplies to all residents. These products limit exposure to chemicals and dirt that might be hazardous to human or environmental health. All products used are non-toxic yet meet stringent viral safety requirements.
Purchasing and Waste Policy
Prescott sets targets to reduce the environmental impact from materials we purchase, use, and dispose of during operations. These are managed and tracked in three main areas
Site Management
We encourage environmentally sensitive practices around snow removal, maintenance equipment, organic waste management, fertilizer usage, and irrigation management.
Pest Management
Minimizes the impact of site management practices on the local ecosystem.
Facility Maintenance and Renovation
Prescott works to reduce the environmental impacts associated with the materials purchased, installed, and disposed of during maintenance and renovation projects.
Our “extras” don’t stop with spaces throughout the building. Our residents enjoy complimentary and refillable non-toxic cleaning supplies, a full calendar of curated community events, an expanded recycling program, a seasonal community herb garden, secure bike storage, and so much more.

On-Demand Yoga
Prescott residents receive exclusive access to 400+ on-demand yoga classes from instructor Peter Walters. Classes are between 30-90 minutes in length, and range from restorative, slow flow, to active vinyasa flow, and everything in between.
